  • We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days (Depending on stock availability).

RETURNS POLICY

  1. Omnitron UK Ltd agrees to the Customer returning goods for any reason at the Customer’s own cost subject to the following conditions:
    • The Customer informs Omnitron UK Ltd within 7 working days of the goods having been delivered to them of their intention to return the goods either by telephone or email.
    • The customer will receive a returns number from Omnitron UK Ltd. This number must be noted on the parcel. If the parcel is returned without a returns number Omnitron UK Ltd will not accept the delivery.
    • The Customer must return the goods within 30 days of delivery of the goods to them.
    • The goods must be received by Omnitron UK Ltd in the same condition as was sent to the Customer.
    • The Customer will be responsible for the goods in transit from them to Omnitron UK Ltd.
  2. Subject to these conditions Omnitron UK Ltd will reimburse the Customer as soon as possible after the goods are received and in any event within 10 working days of that date.
  3. If the Customer wishes to return the goods because they are damaged they can be returned free of charge (a refund of the postage will be given) as per our returns terms and conditions. No refund on postage will be given if goods are sent back as unwanted. Any postage paid by the Customer over and above our terms and conditions will be at the expense of the Customer.** Any return to Omnitron UK Ltd please use Royal Mail 2nd Class Post **The Customer must keep their Proof of Posting. Omnitron UK Ltd will not be held responsible for lost or missing parcels sent back to Omnitron UK Ltd by the Customer. The Customer must take the issue up with the Royal Mail. (See Royal Mail website for further details).
  4. If the item has been delivered damaged the Customer must notify Omnitron UK Ltd within 3 days of delivery so that Omnitron UK Ltd can take the matter up with the carrier.
  5. Goods returned will be at the risk of the Customer and must be in the original packaging as received.
  6. If the Customer has complied with the terms above then Omnitron UK Ltd will either refund the price of the goods as soon as possible or replace the goods (whichever the customer prefers). The original delivery charge will not be refunded.
